I started training back in grade 12 in high school — and I had no idea what I was doing. There was no coach, no roadmap, just me figuring it out on my own through forum threads, YouTube videos, and trial and error.

Years of self-coaching taught me what works and what wastes time. I wish I'd had a coach when I first started — someone to accelerate my progress both in and out of the gym. That's exactly why VLCT Performance exists. So you don't have to spend years figuring out what someone could've shown you in a week.

You enquire

No-obligation consult call

We jump on a call to get to know each other and make sure we're the right fit. We talk about your goals, your habits, and your previous experience both in and out of the gym. No pressure — discovery on us.

We build the plan

If we're aligned, you get a fully personalised training and nutrition plan inside the coaching app within 48 hours. Every block, every macro target, tailored to you — not assigned from a template.

Onboarding video

Once your plans are live, you get a personal onboarding video walking you through the coaching app, your goals, and the targets I've set for you. So you know exactly how to use everything from day one.

You execute, I adjust

You train, you eat, you check in weekly. I review the data, send a Loom debrief, and tweak the plan. Repeat until the goal is hit.
